    Superior Completion Services is currently seeking a Tool Assembler
    • Completions Services for our Completion's Office in Lafayette, LA.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESComply with all company Safety and Security policies including use of Personal Protective Equipment, Job Safety Analysis, and Take 5 Safety initiatives.
    Report injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.

    Assembly and Disassembly of equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Follow all Quality Procedures for Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of ProductsAdhere to on-call/off-call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on-call week.

    Carry out daily activities with the Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet performance expectations as set by ManagementParticipate in training and cross-training within other areas to utilize labor efficiently and prevent downtime or disruption to operations.

    Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
    Ensure that service tool components are cleaned, oil dipped, soft assembled, and properly staged.
    Assist with the loading and unloading of tool baskets.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh school Diploma or GEDTECHNICAL SKILLSKnowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenanceBasic math skillsComputer skills needed for data entry and reportingUnderstanding written statements in work-related documentsBEHAVIORAL ABILITIESCurrent health, safety & environmental (HSE) training as per division training matrix (Includes both regulatory and SES required courses)


    Applicable PPE gear required to complete assigned tasksUsing logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsAbility to operate test pump and data acquisitionAbility to recognize and solve problems of a complex natureAble to create innovative approaches to address challenging opportunitiesAccurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, according to applicable procedures and/or work orderCollect, research, and analyze dataCommit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goalsCommunicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels within the organizationContribute to building a positive team spirit through contributions in team settings, working groups, and committeesDeal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected eventsDefine problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsEffectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients, customers, and the general publicInterpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formListen and provide feedback to solve practical problemsMake independent decisions but understand when to escalate issuesProvide direction, support, and assistance to other department personnel.
