During the past months, I have begun preparing for my FE exam. I plan on taking the exam within the year or as soon as I feel prepared to take the exam.I wish to become an EIT before the end of 2024. My end goal is to eventually achieve Professional Engineer (PE) certification. 

I recently served as the Forward Engineer - Team Lead at Voovio, where I spearheaded various projects and successfully coordinated with customers, management, and subject matter experts. Through my leadership, we developed and integrated multiple assets into the Voovio portfolio, further enhancing the company's offerings. As Team Lead, I have also been a part of several turnarounds, startups, and shutdowns involving LEWA pumps, 3-stage compressors and several different catalyst reactors in plant environments. In some instances developing a realistic and accurate replication of a plant’s DCS/Delta V system. This experience has sharpened my skills in project structure and development, stakeholder management, and asset creation.

In my previous roles, including as a Field Service Representative at Halliburton and a Co-Op Engineer at HLP Engineering, I honed my expertise in the downstream industry, particularly in refinery and chemical plant operations. I have a keen eye for detail and am skilled in collaborating with customer subject matter experts to gather and analyze information on operating procedures. Additionally, I have a strong background in interpreting P&IDs, conducting routine and specialized testing, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities and a talent for translating technical documentation into actionable manufacturing tasks. I am highly proficient in utilizing simulation tools and proprietary software to develop innovative solutions and improve plant efficiency. Moreover, my experience as a project manager has equipped me with excellent communication skills, enabling me to effectively convey project milestones and status updates to stakeholders.

Working both remotely and independently, I have thrived in virtual collaboration environments while receiving support from international teams. My adaptability, self-motivation, and commitment to delivering results-focused outcomes have consistently allowed me to exceed expectations.
