    Job Description

    Summary:

    This role will contribute to business planning and forecasting, including the development of annual operating budgets and multi-year plans, and support ad hoc strategic projects, to deliver business analytics and insights.

    Candidate Qualifications:

    Education/Experience:


    •BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent


    •5+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience


    •Analytical and modeling skills experience


    •Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts


    •Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

    Must-Have Skills:


    •Forecasting experience


    •Excel and financial analysis


    •High level leadership documentation


    •Bachelor's degree

    Nice-to-have Skills


    •Systems experience with EPM/other financial systems


    •Project experience / process improvement


    •Headcount management experience

    Skills:


    •Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines


    •Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision


    •Experience with Hyperion EPM/Essbase (or equivalent)

    Job Responsibilities:


    •Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers


    • Review and approve bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.


    •Assist with senior management business and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests


    •Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and other teams, to drive scalable analyses and insights
