As a bond puller you will deliver products that work flawlessly every time, in the heat of battle giving our troops the winning edge when it matters most.
You will be a part of an elite team that fabricates and/or modifies complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions, such as for wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding machines.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of Microelectronic assembly with at least some bonding experience with manual and/or auto wedge ball bonding
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours 4/10 schedule, 2:30pm 1:00am
- Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift
- Excellent hand eye coordination
- Can fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and subassemblies
- Must be familiar with MIL-STD88
- Experience working with bonding complex microwave modules
- Must be familiar with manual gold ball and ribbon bonding
Preferred Qualifications
- Westbond and Dage 4000 bond pull equipment experience
- Familiar with automatic bonding equipment: Palomar 8000/8100/9000 ball bonders and wedge bonders
You should be proficient in:
- Die Attach/Bonding
- High School / GED
- Mechanical Assembly Skills

Salary info:
**$25 - $35 / hr
