- Designing the open club with a focus on content and active participation
- Gender-specific work with boys* and young men*
- Planning and implementation of sports, media education, and creative activities
- Planning, implementation, and follow-up of holiday trips and mandatory holiday activities
- Development and implementation of activities on sustainability and environmental awareness
- Support of young people in self-organization
- Supervision and support of volunteers
- Networking in the neighborhood and with specialized services
- Participation in relevant neighborhood committees and working groups
- Administrative and organizational tasks
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Degree in social work or comparable qualification
