    Paid Media Specialist #Hybrid - Chicago, United States - Alliant Credit Union

    Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for elevating the credit union's reach and results across search, programmatic, social, affiliate and other digital advertising. Build, execute, manage and optimize paid search, paid social media, affiliate, remarketing and other paid display and video ads.
    Responsibilities

    • Define and execute media solutions to drive awareness, growth, website traffic, unique visitors, and new members
    • Plan, build, execute, manage and optimize paid media marketing campaigns (brand, prospecting and remarketing) and ROI. Plan, build and execute remarketing campaigns and manage advertising projects
    • Drive strategy & execution, reporting & optimization for our top-of-funnel and mid-funnel paid channels. Develop and implement A/B test plans for paid media ad copy and associated landing pages. Develop and implement a full-funnel paid media plan
    • Expand B2C paid search program for brands, deposit products, lending products and mobile apps. Conduct keyword research for paid search campaigns as well as SEO efforts. Drive consumer/member acquisition and opening of new products via ads and develop advertising plans for B2B partner acquisition
    • Work with creative services team to craft paid search marketing ad copy, landing page copy and website copy.
    • Build target strategies and custom audiences within Google Ads, Facebook and similar platforms; continue to refine audiences based on performance
    • Work with internal teams in marketing, business intelligence, product and technology to ensure performance is accurately tracked and analyze trends and report on results and opportunities
    • Manage, track and optimize the advertising budget to decrease CPA while also increasing reach. Make bid adjustments and forecast budget and results
    • Maintain knowledge of best practices in paid media, and act as subject matter expert related to digital advertising
    • Participate in cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, marketing strategy meetings


    Education:

    • 4 Year/Bacheolors Degree in Marketing or Related


    Years of Experience:

    • 3 Years Paid media marketing, search marketing, forecasting and managing advertising or related


    In Lieu of Education:

    • 6 Years of Paid media marketing, search marketing, forecasting and managing advertising or related
