    Overview
    CTG is seeking to fill an Azure Solution Architect opening for our client in Seattle, WA.


    Location:
    Remote

    Duration:

    5 weeks


    Overview:


    As an Azure Solution Architect, you will be a key player in designing and implementing robust Azure solutions for our clients.

    Your expertise will span across on-premises environments, Azure networking, and seamless migration to the cloud. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide technical discussions, and ensure successful project execution.


    Duties:

    Solution Architecture and Delivery:
    Oversee critical issues such as migration, ensuring smooth transitions from on-premises to Azure.
    Work independently with business and technical stakeholders, understanding the organization's obstacles, and providing due diligence.
    Estimate and outline the solutions needed for cloud migration and continued operations.

    Azure Solution Design and Implementation:
    Design solutions in Microsoft Azure based on project specifications and business needs.
    Collaborate closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design.
    Execute hands-on implementation of proposed solutions, providing technical guidance during development and deployment phases.


    Azure Network Expertise:
    Configure and manage Azure networking components, including virtual networks, subnets, VPN gateways, and ExpressRoute.
    Optimize network performance, security, and scalability within Azure.

    Azure Migration

    Experience:
    Plan and execute seamless migrations from on-premises environments to Azure.
    Ensure data integrity, security, and minimal downtime during migration.
    Implement best practices for Azure resource management and governance.

    On-Premises

    Experience:
    Experience in on-premises Datacenter activities including Server, Network, and Design, Implementation, and Administration.
    Update client operational practices to include cloud methodologies.
    Work closely with client operational resources to integrate on-premises systems with Azure.


    Desired Skills:
    Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
    Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Passion for staying up-to-date with Azure advancements and industry trends.


    Experience:
    At least 3 years of specific, hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure architecture, design, and delivery.
    Prior consulting experience with large-scale implementations within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
    Proficiency in Azure infrastructure, networking, storage, application services, and Azure DevOps.

    Education:

    Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Certifications:
    Relevant certifications such as

    Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Solutions Architect Expert1 are highly desirable.
    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $210,000.

    Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.

    In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
