- Manage all aspects of recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, and creating a white-glove experience for our candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles, including customer support positions and internships.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Coordinate and participate in onsite interviews, working closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for entry-level roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.
- Approximately 1 year of experience in recruiting or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow in the field of recruiting.
