    Travel Team Lead - Asheville - 2nd Shift - $20.00

    PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a Team Lead for a local travel benefit company. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual that is self-motivated, outgoing, and goal oriented.

    Job Summary:

    Our Team Lead provides supervision and development of the Travel Department Agents. This position is responsible for motivating, coaching, and communicating with the Travel team all while helping to ensure that our members are receiving excellent customer service.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Team Lead for a call center associates to deliver expected customer service
    • Supervision and development of the Team by setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals, counseling, and training, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective departmental operations.
    • Continuously review and take appropriate action to improve or highlight representative statistics, including call numbers, total bookings, quality of customer service, etc..
    • Participate in manager meetings, brainstorming sessions, and communicating with each other to improve company sales and customer service.
    • Participate and/or lead daily staff meetings to communicate the status of current numbers, to motivate and to identify trends or needs within the department and the company to improve in all areas.
    • Ensure proper resolution to escalated member concerns and document resolution appropriately.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and/or disciplinary actions when needed for performance deficiencies and/or violations of company policies.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Minimum of two years of customer service work experience and one year as a team lead/supervisor
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve set goals through management
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to motivate and engage others
    • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • Multi-tasking, organizational and leadership skills
    • Ability to follow direction as well as work independently

    Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and one Saturday a month 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
