    Position: Professional Team Lead Cleaner
    Location: Asheville, North Carolina and Surrounding Areas
    Pay Range: $17-$18 per hour (from clock in to clock out)
    Training Rate: $15 per hour (1-week training)
    Experience: Prior Cleaning Experience (6-12 month)
    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    Payment: Weekly
    Benefits: Paid holidays after 6 months, paid vacation after one year, company-sponsored health benefits after 1 year, access to supplemental health care after one month, overtime available after 40 hours (time and a half), cleaning supplies provided, reimbursement for drivers

    Job Description:
    As a Professional Team Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various residential and commercial spaces. You will also be training new cleaners and will be responsible for paperwork noting your time in and out of each home. Your pay will range from $17 to $18 per hour, covering the entire duration from clock in to clock out.

    Requirements:
    • Must have a reliable car and maintain valid insurance for transportation to various cleaning locations.
    • Available to work a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the option for weekend shifts.
    • Display a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
    • Exceptional reliability and punctuality in attendance.
    • Ability to follow instructions and comply with established cleaning guidelines.
