- Manage EHS data and compliance through site's EHS management systems for tracking, trending, and communicating EHS performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing regulatory submissions to meet federal, state, and local EHS requirements.
- Provide EHS support for change management, incident investigations, risk assessments, compliance with EHS standards, inspections, and audits.
- Support Industrial Hygiene programs by conducting field assessments, sampling, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage the respiratory protection program by conducting fit testing and maintaining user records.
- Develop EHS procedures, guidelines, and training programs based on knowledge of EHS regulations.
- Assist client groups with injury/illness analysis, training, self-assessments, and addressing EHS concerns.
- Implement EHS compliance initiatives in operational areas.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, or Industrial Hygiene.
- Experience in occupational safety, environmental compliance, process safety, and industrial hygiene.
- Self-motivated with proactive and independent work approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Service-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle challenging situations positively.
- Knowledge of systems and IT, particularly Microsoft applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver business outcomes.
