Description

We are looking for a Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering to strengthen our team in Hamburg. As part of our quality management, you will be responsible for ensuring occupational safety and security, as well as monitoring compliance.

These are your tasks as an Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d):

Conducting risk assessments and creating safety concepts
Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines regarding occupational safety
Advising and training employees on safety-related topics
Planning, conducting, and documenting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the occupational safety management system
Participating in accident analyses and deriving appropriate measures to prevent future incidents

These requirements are expected of you as an Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d):

Completed training or degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on occupational safety
Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and relevant standards (e.g. DIN ISO 45001)
Experience in conducting risk assessments and creating safety concepts
Good communication skills and high consulting and training competence
Independent, structured work
