    Description

    Overview: We are seeking a skilled Contract Digital Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team on a hybrid basis for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website management, content management systems (CMS), and search engine optimization (SEO). This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing initiatives and make a significant impact on our online presence.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Website Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of our company website.
    • Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement website enhancements.
    • Monitor website performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
    1. Content Management Systems (CMS):
    • Utilize CMS platforms to update website content, including text, images, and multimedia.
    • Customize website templates and layouts to optimize user experience and engagement.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any CMS-related issues or technical challenges.
    1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
    • Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for maximum visibility on search engines.
    • Monitor SEO performance metrics and implement strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
    1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with marketing team members to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and distribution efforts.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
    1. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate regular reports on website performance, SEO metrics, and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, CMS, and SEO.
    • Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
    • Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles and best practices.
    • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

    Location: This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration as needed.

    Duration: This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
