    Job Title: Solutions Engineer (Print Management Software, Document Management Software, Workflow Analysis)

    Role Overview: We seek a Solutions Engineer with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving to join our dynamic team. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to design and implement cutting-edge solutions in print management, document management software (DMS), and workflow analysis. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, ready to master new technologies and apply them innovatively to help our clients transform their digital workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and design customized solutions that improve document workflows and business processes.
    • Implement and configure print management and DMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client environments.
    • Conduct workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
    • Lead solution demonstrations and training sessions, effectively communicating the value and functionality of our solutions to clients.
    • Provide ongoing support to clients and sales teams as a technical expert in print and document management technologies.
    • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and propose innovative solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in solutions engineering or a similar role, with a strong foundation in print management software, DMS, and workflow optimization.
    • Ability to learn quickly and deeply understand new technologies, with a particular interest in digital transformation and robotic process automation.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams and non-technical clients.
    • Experience working with a variety of industries, showing versatility and adaptability.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
