    Group Reservations Coordinator - San Diego, United States - HYATT Hotels

We are looking for the very best to join our AAA 4-Diamond Hotel, featured in the Top 10 of all Meeting Hotels in the United States per Cvent.

    The Group Reservations Coordinator works closely with Sales & Marketing Accounting Conference Services and Group Meeting Planners to ensure excellent customer service and the highest level of accuracy in bookings is always provided. Candidate will manage group reservations and group rooms inventory, specifically:

    • Establish initial contact with customer at file turnover
    • Maintain relationship with customer, up to arrival, for all matters pertaining to guest room usage, including obtaining no-show and wash history, obtaining and managing changes to rooming lists, and tracking and managing the inventory for individual call-in groups.
    • Prepare and submit group rooms recap reports, including the tracking/posting of group comps, and rebate/commission calculations.
    The swage for this position is $25.50 per hour. This is the pay range for this position that Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
