BayWa CS GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of BayWa AG and operates a Customer Service Center for the BayWa Group at its location in Passau, Germany.

In addition to providing telephone customer service in various areas, this branch also manages internal services. We are the central point of contact for our customers, employees, and clients. We employ around 85 people at our two locations in Upper Palatinate and Lower Bavaria.


To support our Customer Service Center, we are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours per week) E-Commerce/Online Services Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Job Description:

Your exciting tasks include:

  • Firstlevel support via telephone, email, and ticket system
  • Handling complaints and processing customer feedback
  • Creating customer accounts, including credit checks
  • Data maintenance in complex IT systems
  • Processing daily payments
  • Managing Google reviews for all BayWa AG locations
  • Managing Trusted Shop ratings
  • Providing support for our BayWa apps
  • Assisting with social media inquiries
  • Understanding, planning, organizing, and executing projects and workflows
  • Maintaining a positive external image

Qualifications:

What you bring to the table:

  • An outgoing personality with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude
  • High level of commitment and enjoyment in customer communication
  • Practical experience in ebusiness is desirable
  • Proficient in MS
