    Description
    Our client is a leading manufacturer of innovative resin-based products for high-performance coatings and specialty industrial applications. Their products are utilized in various industries, including tire, paper, textiles, and laminates.

    We are looking for a full time Technical Services Specialist to join their growing team.

    This individual will develop and deliver customized application solutions and technical services to customers, mainly in the Americas in order to strengthen the Company's global competitive market position and business success in the field of coatings, specialty and technical resins.

    This individual will work closely with the Commercial organization to identify opportunities to enhance and expand the product portfolio, including contributing to customer development initiatives, supporting the Technology organization in formulation development, and identifying new market opportunities.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
    • 3 years of experience in the chemical field preferred; ideally in the Coatings industry.
    • Detailed knowledge and experience in the field of resins chemistry and coatings applications.
    • Experience supporting new business development and strategic partner relationships.
    • Ideal candidate will have strong communication, project management and organization skills.
    • Must be able to travel frequently by car and air.
