Your Responsibilities

Handling and resolving tickets in 1st and 2nd level support
Maintenance of IT and telecommunications systems, as well as other components of the IT infrastructure
Providing support for workstations, printers, and scanners
Installation of workstations and clientside software
Assisting with various IT projects

Your Profile

Completed training as a Systems Integration Specialist or a comparable qualification
Indepth knowledge of Windows environment administration
Structured, independent, reliable, and solutionoriented work style
Teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken German skills
