    Description


    You will apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques used to issues concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of the Records and Information program operation.

    You will have knowledge of correspondence policies, procedures and techniques.

    You will have knowledge of publications and directives systems, record disposal system, requisitioning of directives, publication allowances and composition and publication of directives.

    You will develop training materials and effectively conduct training on all facets of records and information management, serialization, forms control and processing.

    You will apply effective oral and written communicationRequirementsMust be a US Citizen.
    Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
    Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

    You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.

    Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

    QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge and skill applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques used to issues concerning the effectiveness and efficiency of the Records and Information program operation; 2) Knowledge of the Records and Information system; 3) Knowledge of correspondence policies, procedures and techniques; 4) Knowledge of publications and directives systems, record disposal system, requisitioning of directives, publication allowances and composition and publication of directives; 5) Ability to develop training materials and effectively conduct training on all facets of records and information management, serialization, forms control and processing; 6) Effective oral and written communication

    To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.

    Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees.

    A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee.

    A relocation incentive may be authorized.
    PCS is not authorized.
