We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) in full-time (part-time possible) for our client's HR team at their location in Bremerhaven.

Your responsibilities:

Together with the team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including applicant management and onboarding
Support in preparatory tasks for payroll processing
Assistance with personnel administration (creating employment contracts, terminations, references) and building an HR reporting system
Operational involvement in daily business and support in HR projects
Monitoring of working hours and absences, processing of time management
Preparation of hour evaluations for the HR and production departments
Point of contact for all personnel matters
Responding to internal and external inquiries

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as an industrial clerk with additional qualification as a personnel specialist (IHK certificate)
Several years of experience as an HR generalist in a company with a technical focus
Indepth knowledge of personnel management as well as very good knowledge of labor, social security, and
