The IB West gGmbH of the Internationaler Bund operates in the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, and Bremen.

The company's main focus is on social services in the areas of child and youth welfare, family and migration work for people of all ages, as well as measures and projects for vocational training and further education for young people and adults.

The company, with its headquarters in the management, employs over 1,600 qualified and dedicated employees.

The residential group offers girls with emerging or already diagnosed mental disorders a safe place for development and change. Together with the girls, alternative behaviors and experiences are developed to facilitate everyday coping. In the process of help, the girls and caregivers of the facility are continuously supported by an in-house psychologist.

Through a structured daily and weekly routine that allows for enough freedom for individual design, the girls can experience patterns of orientation and security.

Your profile:


  • Degree as a staterecognized educator
  • Experience in residential youth welfare, with authorities and offices advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A lot of patience and empathy in dealing with young people
