    Job Description

    The Tax Planning & Research Manager will be responsible for:

  • PArtnership Tax research and planning, document tax analysis and supporting information for transactions, and prepare and review financial models with a heavy focus on mergers & acquisitions
  • Assisting the tax compliance team
  • Spearheading work on tax credits

  • 5+ years of domestic M&A focused tax work specific to complex partnerships and the energy space.
