- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Epicor.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- Wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Stand for extended periods in high heat conditions.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Basic knowledge of steel materials and bolts.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Proficiency in math and Microsoft Excel.
