Your Main Objective:

Work on one or more Agile teams and with customers to design user interfaces, automate workflows, design data models, maintain and/or improve databases, in relation to customer requirements.

Design and develop analytic products and system content.
Adhere to release management procedures.
As needed, address customer inquiries and resolve issues; provide recommendations.
Design and deploy data table structures, forms, reports and queries.
Coordinate and work with other technical team members to develop relational databases and secondary databases.
Identify inefficiencies in current databases
Produce adhoc queries and develop reports to address business needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation; produce artifacts, such as data dictionaries, diagrams, etc.
Support the implementation of data dashboards to display data in differing formats.
Participate in the design, maintenance, enhancement, and coding of relational databases.

Analyze and determine information needs and elements; data relationships and attributes; data flow and storage requirements; and data output and reporting capabilities.

Coordinate new data development, ensuring consistency and integration with existing data warehouse structure.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Related database analysis background; modeling and implementation
Ability to produce visualization of data for leadership decision-making
Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language, i.e. Java, .NET
Good comprehension of data development lifecycle and the tools involved with it, such as SSIS design tools
Knowledge of data modeling concepts and layers in between
Assist mission-oriented business functions and execute re-engineering processes as needed
Technical knowledge of relational database design, metadata management techniques, and a working knowledge of tools used for database, content, and metadata management
Experience in Agile development environment and proven ability to work under tight deadlines

What Sets You Apart:
Bachelor's degree

with

4 or more years doing similar work or Master's degree with 2 or more years
SQL database developer with experience in using SSIS and ADF. Must be familiar with using Transact SQL and C#
Familiar with PowerShell and experience with Dim and Fact tables in a data warehouse.
High level of skill in writing stored procedures
Can work alone and with others to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables
Oversee entire projects or processes within a technical area, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring efforts and tasks
Can develop technical solutions that require collaboration with team members, deep analyses and understanding of impact on the end-product or solution
Ability to coordinate projects, coach, and review work of other technical staff
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once and ability to reprioritize projects as necessary
Excellent technical skills to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills working in a customer-focused team environment with ability to communicate frequently and effectively with internal and external customers, including high-level clients
Ability to obtain and maintain IT-ADP II Public Trust after hire

Pay Range:
Pay Range $81, $146,875.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
