Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting project management in the implementation of projects in the development/IT sector
  • Ensuring development goals (status reporting on maturity, function, costs, deadlines, quality)
  • Tracking deadlines and documenting project goals, as well as escalating in case of missed deadlines or non-compliance with requirements
  • Interface and supplier management with departments, suppliers, and external service providers
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Creating presentations and documents

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or similar
  • Experience in the automotive industry is desirable
  • First experience in project management (including internships/thesis projects)
  • Good technical understanding and experience with common PM methods (traditional or agile)
  • High flexibility and resilience
  • Strong analytical and systematic skills
  • Proactivity and assertiveness, as well as an open and communicative demeanor
  • Good knowledge of English is advantageous
