General Site Manager (Human)

Your responsibilities include:

Being the central point of contact for the client and their employees, and easily strengthening the customer relationship
Creating added value for their business, increasing customer retention, and exploring additional service solutions to drive organic growth
Ensuring quality and performance control, and optimizing operational processes
Preparing documentation and reports, and tracking warranties
Managing personnel selection, scheduling, and development, and motivating employees
Reporting, monitoring, and optimizing budgets
Being the first point of contact for any issues or complaints
Handling budget and forecast planning, and processing supplier invoices
Providing expertise and contributing to the growth of the business

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training in building cleaning with certification as an object manager, or a degree in facility management and relevant experience as an object manager or in a similar position within facility management (soft FM)
Ideally, several years of experience in cleanroom cleaning and/or hospital cleaning
