    Staff Accountant

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage general accounting duties such as cash reconciliation, prepaid/receivables accounts, and general ledger maintenance.
    • Handle month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and fixed assets management.
    • Collaborate with outside auditors on your assigned accounts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


    What you need to succeed:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong involvement in accounting.
    • 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, with exposure to general ledger maintenance.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle Cloud or AI BKG, and advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables and v-look ups.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to assist with various tasks and projects as the role and team develop.
    • Experience with AP/AR is preferred, with a willingness to support future migration projects.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
