We are currently seeking a full-time building technician (m/f/d) for a well-known client to oversee upscale office buildings in an exclusive location in Hamburg, Germany.

Your responsibilities:

  • Continuous monitoring of building functionality
  • Regular inspection, testing, and documentation of technical systems and equipment rooms
  • Checking escape and emergency routes, as well as emergencyrelevant systems and fire hazards
  • Ensuring accident prevention, path and traffic safety
  • Reporting and documenting any malfunctions or defects
  • Performing minor repairs
  • Reviewing maintenance contracts and upkeep work
  • Checking house rules, order, and cleanliness

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational or technical training preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an asset
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Friendly appearance and enjoyment of customer interaction
  • Valid driver's license required
