Your task:


  • Provide agile consulting and training to our customers and teams in Sandyville, OH
  • Actively embody the role of Scrum Master / Agile Coach and bring your knowledge and experience to your team and environment
  • Organize and facilitate regular Scrum meetings and support efficient meeting execution and communication flow
  • Methodically support the Product Owner in developing, refining, and estimating user stories
  • Enable the team to present technical work results in a customerfriendly and appealing manner during review meetings
  • Identify the needs of your team, embrace new ideas, and work outside of your comfort zone

Your Profile:


Ideally, you have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Telecommunications, Natural Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences with a relevant focus, or a comparable vocational training.

You also have at least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach and demonstrate the following expertise:


  • Practical experience in agile software development using SCRUM
  • Design and facilitation of workshops and meetings according to agile principles
  • Experience with other agile methods or frameworks such as Lean or SAFe is advantageous
  • Ability to conduct meetings with international teams (German/English)
  • Understanding and methodology (e.g. Design Thinking) for a customercentric approach
  • Projectrelated mobility is a given for you
  • Ideally, experience and knowledge in projects related to logistics with a focus on DPDHL
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
