    The Program Support Specialist will support the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center with program support across division teams.

    **Duties and Responsibilities include:**

    Provide financial and administrative program support

    Document, plan, schedule and maintain Volpe division-related projects and internal reporting/tracking/process requirements.

    Collect information and draft a variety of reports

    Maintain budget and financial division records

    Process division staff travel requests

    Collect and examine the completeness of documents submitted

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelors degree with one-three year relatable experience

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Proficient in the use of MS Office product(s)

    Ability to compile electronic documents from various sources

    Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance skills

    Proven strong customer service skills

    Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Investigation
