    Position:
    Critical Care Hospital Respiratory Therapist (RRT & CRT)

    About the Company:
    Join our team at Select Specialty Hospital in Phoenix Downtown where we are dedicated to providing high-quality care for critically ill patients in need of extended hospitalization.

    Overview:
    Critical Care Hospital Respiratory Therapist positions available with flexible 12-hour day and night shifts for PRN/casual work at a rate of $39.00 per hour. Location: Select Specialty Hospital- Phoenix Downtown, 1111 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ At our Critical Care Hospitals, we prioritize the well-being of our patients who require specialized care due to chronic or critical illnesses.

    We are a part of a large network of over 50,000 employees nationwide, delivering quality care to approximately 70,000 patients daily through our different divisions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Evaluating patients and devising suitable treatment plans.
    • Providing respiratory care to patients with critical medical conditions.
    • Performing endotracheal tube insertions and removals.
    • Driving continuous quality enhancement.
    • Conducting patient and family education and counseling.
    Qualifications:

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Active CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC or state equivalent.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
    • Current state licensure.
    • ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • One year of related experience preferred.
