    Job Title: Respiratory Therapist at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center

    Responsibilities
    • Performs full range of basic respiratory care for all patient populations
    • Conducts complete patient assessments, including vital signs and respiratory patterns
    • Checks and maintains equipment, monitors alarms, and accurately documents patient information
    • Performs ABGs, reports critical values, and manages blood specimens
    • Administers medications accurately and responsibly

    Dignity Health offers an Education Benefit program to eligible employees after 180 days, providing debt relief and student loan assistance up to $18,000 for full-time and $9,000 for part-time employees over five years.


    Qualifications
    • Minimum: High School Diploma/GED, AMA Respiratory Therapy Program graduate, AZ Respiratory Therapist License, National Certified Respiratory Therapist or National Registered Respiratory Therapist, BLS certificate
    • Preferred: National Registered Respiratory Therapist credential, ACLS certificate, NRP or PALS certificate

    Pay Range: $42.28 per hour
