- The designer plays a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, with a focus on social and production design, digital campaign activation, and other miscellaneous projects across channels.
- The designer must excel in the digital landscape, and be familiar with market trends, latest creative formats, and customer needs.
- The designer must have a good understanding of premium marketing, possess a passion for results, editorial & advertising design, and photography trends.
- The designer must be extremely detail oriented and be self-sufficient-able to lead small projects on their own with input from creative leadership.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to fulfill strategic needs.
- Collaborate and execute on the brand vision across multiple platforms.
- Take strategic briefs and fill in the creative blanks
- Concept, design, and export creative assets for owned accounts
- Take initiative on nimble shoots, help storyboard content, think with a content creator mindset
- Collaborate with the team on content strategy, bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Manage retouching and other production needs
- Participate in internal meetings and interact with external vendors
- Integrate ongoing feedback from leadership
- Support larger team on general design needs across channels
- Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work produced and executed is consistent, cohesive and stays on-brand
- 4+ years of experience in advertising or an idea-led in-house agency.
- A portfolio which demonstrates innovative thinking, an elegant aesthetic, cross-channel campaign work, and cultural awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- A passion for luxury and premium spaces, both personally and professionally.
- A passion for the social media landscape, and the future of digital content.
- Experience with motion; at a minimum, can export GIFs and add subtle movement to typography in post.
- Willing to wear multiple hats and toe the line of production/designer/art director.
- Solution-oriented, nimble problem solver, compassionate collaborator.
- Clear and confident presenter, active listener.
- Experienced in both print and digital mediums.
- Experienced in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with the Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint and OneDrive, is a plus.
- Experience in a video editing platform is a plus.
- Experience on photo/video sets a plus.
- Hospitality and luxury brand experience is a plus.

You will collaborate with copywriters, art directors, the photo studio, and business partners to help fulfill cross-channel initiatives. Your elevated aesthetic and bold thinking will ensure the continued evolution of premium brands across all major media and markets.
Specific Responsibilities
The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $83,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
