Key Responsibilities

  • The WTG supervision is responsible for:
  • Conducting supervision according to the Residential and Participation Act, especially through regular and occasion-based inspections in residential and care facilities (nursing homes, facilities for people with disabilities, workshops for disabled people)
  • Providing advice to users, workshop employees, participation committees, employees, and family members of residential and care facilities
  • Advising service providers on remedying deficiencies, participating in issuing regulatory orders
  • Collaborating with supervisory authorities (District Government of Düsseldorf, Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia) and other inspection institutions (Medical Association of North Rhine, Inspection Service of Private Health Insurance, LVR)

Qualifications

  • Qualification for the career group 2, first entry level in general administrative service
    or:
  • Lawyer or Diplom-Jurist (m/f/d)
    or:
  • Completed administrative training course II
    or:
  • Completed (specialized) university degree in nursing science / nursing management, health science & management, gerontology, special education, social pedagogy / social management, pedagogy
    or:
  • Completed training as a nursing specialist (geriatric care, nursing, and/or special
