We are looking for a Master (m/f/d) in Sheet Metal Processing for our location in 88682 Salem am Bodensee.

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 14 employees in sheet metal processing
  • Ensuring timely, costeffective, and qualityoptimized completion of production orders
  • Independent shift and personnel planning, as well as planning and management of production capacities
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures and continuous improvement of work methods and processes
  • Coordination of deadlines with subsequent departments to ensure a smooth production process

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, ideally with further training as an industrial master/technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sheet metal processing and in a leadership position
  • Comprehensive experience in laser cutting and forming
  • A responsible, but teamoriented work style and good computer skills
  • High flexibility and reliability
