Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Property Management team in Addison, TX. The hours will be from 8am - 5:00pm, onsite, 5 days a week. This person will be handling incoming calls in regards to outstanding payments, deescalating issues with maintenance, reversing incorrect data charges, and making outbound calls as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year in a Customer Service role - Highly motivated, great at multitasking, pays close attention to detail, enthusiastic, personable, and enjoys talking to people - Must be trainable

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience in property management - Experience with Yardi or Salesforce

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
