We are seeking a skilled and experienced Party Chief to join our team. As a Party Chief, you will be responsible for overseeing surveying projects and leading a team of survey technicians. Your expertise in CAD, geometry, robotics, and data analysis will be crucial in ensuring accurate and precise measurements.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of survey technicians and provide guidance on surveying techniques and procedures
Conduct field surveys using advanced equipment such as robotics and GPS systems
Collect and analyze data to ensure accuracy and quality control
Prepare detailed survey reports, including measurements, calculations, and drawings
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey data for project planning and design
Utilize software such as Carlson, AutoCAD, Revit, and other industryspecific tools for data processing and analysis
Perform calculations using algebra, trigonometry, and other mathematical principles
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during fieldwork

Experience:

Proven experience as a Party Chief or similar role in the surveying industry
Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and design purposes
Strong knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and algebra for accurate measurements and calculations
Familiarity with robotics systems for efficient field surveys
Experience with Carlson software for data processing and analysis is highly desirable
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
