    Description

    Join our team as a Bridge Inspector Team Leader, where you'll lead a skilled inspection team, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining public safety.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise the bridge inspection team, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
    • Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate bridge records.
    • Conduct hands-on bridge inspections using various equipment.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Provide training and coaching on inspection techniques and safety protocols.
    • Ensure team members comply with company policies and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
    • 2+ years' experience in bridge inspection and project management and FHWA certificate.
    • Proficiency in using inspection equipment like drones, scanners, and non-destructive testing instruments.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with bridge maintenance and repair is advantageous.
