    Description

    Retail Sales Associate Job Description:
    In this role, you will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in product and use this expertise to educate, inform, and inspire the customer. Your excellent communication skills and sales expertise will be crucial in achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.


    Retail Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
    Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
    Efficiently handle transactions and process payments accurately.
    Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
    Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks.

    You share our mission and values in sustainability and contributing to positive change.

    Customer Obsessed:
    You have a heart for hospitality and working with people

    Demonstrate a strong understanding of current promotions, discounts, and sales events.
    Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and safe shopping environment.


    Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
    Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.

    Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals.

    Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    Basic computer proficiency for handling sales transactions.
    Access to reliable transportation to Columbus, OH
