Role & Responsibilities Include

  • Open and close the clinic
  • Greet clients and staff, answer phone calls, take and forward messages
  • Craft and send communication to families about holidays, clinic changes, and other updates
  • Order supplies and regularly check supply levels
  • Clean the clinic (including common spaces, cleaning toys, dishes, bathrooms, outside, etc.)
  • Decorate the clinic for holidays and staff desks for birthdays/anniversaries
  • Support and manage office volunteers
  • Learn and utilize Google Suite products (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Drive, etc.) and our EMR system, Jane App
  • Help with scheduling client evaluations, sessions, and makeups
  • Onboard prospective clients and take intake calls
  • Maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications as needed including mail
  • Bill clients appropriately and investigate any billing discrepancies
  • Create and follow processes to optimize clinic operations
  • Managing client files and scanning the content of discharged clients
  • Support the team and the clinic with other tasks, big and small, as needed

Requirements:


  • Ability to work in the US
  • 35 years of office experience (preferred)
  • Fulltime availability

Weekly Schedule

  • We are looking for someone who is available Monday through Friday during typical business hours
  • Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM would be the preferred schedule

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation for this role is $24 to $28 based on experience
  • This role is a fulltime position, thus eligible for benefits after 90 days
