    Modernization Success Manager

    We're looking for a Modernization Success Manager candidate with experience in project management to join our team in Austin, TX (hybrid).

    Our Specialized Modernization Customer Success(MSM) team helps customers modernize or transform their data platform using Informatica products and services.

    As part of this Modernization Success Manager role you will work with account managers, field sales team to creat the modernization delivery scope for IPS led modernization project.

    You will partner with our customers technical and business executive leadership team to help with post-sales implementation planning, guide customer's technical adoption journey, and enable them to deliver innovation to their end business users.

    You will also work with the account team to identify opportunities help grow the customer investments.

    This roles entails a hybrid mix of duties that align with Customer Success, Professional services & Project Management both for driving Delivery and Revenue recognition.

    Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

    Collaborate with clients to understand their modernization needs.

    Lead the delivery of modernization projects, ensuring they align with client goals and industry best practices.

    Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, effectively managing resources to meet project deadlines.


    Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or challenges.

    * Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal project outcomes.

    Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on modernization strategies.

    Stay informed about the latest technological trends and advancements, providing insights to clients and internal teams.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

    Role Essentials

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology, with a focus on modernization projects.

    Proven project management experience, lead successful project implementations.

    Strong understanding of modernization technologies and best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements.

    Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

    BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

    Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience
