- Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical execution of existing development efforts within Electrical Systems.
- Provide team leadership and oversight for the daytoday operation of the Electrical Systems engineering team, including coordination of required production and sustainment support.
- Support design reviews, engineering releases, and other formal and informal review efforts.
- Support pursuits of new business for the team and guide the planning and execution of that work, including the development of proposals with task descriptions, estimates of effort, and basis for those estimates.
- Provide project status briefings to program and functional leadership
- Help create and outline standard work practices, process, and structured knowledge continuity to grow a skilled workforce specializing in aircraft Electrical Systems support.
- Drive modernization efforts in Systems Engineering, helping to develop and execute the implementation of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products and processes as well as Electrical System modelling.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field. Combined experience/education considered
- Working knowledge of aircraft system design and hardware qualification.
- Experience with systems engineering lifecycle & understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors.
- Familiarity with aircraft Electrical Systems.

This position is for the Electrical Systems associate manager, reporting to the Electrical Systems-FW Manager within Vehicle Sciences & Systems.
The selected candidate will manage a team of 12 – 15 engineers that execute engineering tasks for Electrical Power and Cockpit Equipment & Lighting subsystems in support of the IFG or ADP Line of Business (LOB).
Responsibilities include:
