We are currently seeking a full-time caretaker to oversee various properties in Berlin, with a primary focus on the 10117/10119 area.


Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30/3:00 pm

Weekly hours: 39

A driver's license is preferred but not required.


Responsibilities:

  • Inspection and maintenance of technical facilities
  • Ensuring safety and monitoring the condition of the residential complex
  • Enforcing compliance with house rules
  • Performing stairwell and window cleaning
  • Conducting minor repairs

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken German
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Technical or trade school education, or completed training as a glass or building cleaner preferred
  • Experience with cleaning products and equipment
  • Punctuality, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Friendly, wellgroomed, and customeroriented demeanor
