How you contribute
In this key role as a Disponent, you will support our customers and systems throughout the entire product lifecycle and act as their direct contact


Your main tasks include:

  • Deployment management of Belimed service technicians and subcontractor service technicians for service and troubleshooting assignments
  • Monitoring timely completion of contract services
  • Preparation and creation of quotes and cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
  • Coordination and scheduling of service assignments with the customer
  • Supply of spare parts to service technicians
  • Creation of maintenance schedules
  • Checking invoices from subcontractors and thirdparty companies for service assignments

What you need

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Good business and technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of geography
  • Good MS Office skills
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Good English skills, both written
