- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in software development (3+ with MS degree)
- Work experience in requirements development and analysis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with web languages (JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
- Experience with system level integration and debugging
- Desire to learn and develop new skills on the job
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities
- Experience in at least one of the following languages: C#, C++, Java
- Experience with an interpreted language: Python, Ruby, etc.
- Write clean, consistent, and well-documented code
- Ability to write and utilize hardware and software interface specifications
