Shift:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Quality Control:
Maintain quality documentation including updating procedures and standards
Complete employee training and associated documentation.
Complete corrective action investigation and documentation.
Complete corrective action investigation and documentation.
Compile corrective action data and maintain internal quality requirements, ex. divisional Quality compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Technical Support:
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate technical projects, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
Generate and document Design of Experiment (DOE) parameters, defining successful outcomes.
Assist the Technical Project Manager and other staff with on-site testing and line trials.
Assist in evaluating material application deficiencies and proposing solutions to eliminate reoccurrences.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a quality control or technical support role preferred.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.
Comfortable using quality control instruments and computer applications.
Ability to identify and address print quality issues, implementing effective solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ex. Excel, Word, Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.
Physical dexterity and color perception required for quality assessment.
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Must pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing.
Range of Pay:
$25.00
–
$28.00 per hour
