We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Associates.

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Duties:

Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Basic sales skills for upselling opportunities
