    Description
    Nursing Home Experience Required

    Sign On Bonus $3500


    We are looking for a detail oriented and clinically skilled ADON Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team Joining the Apollo Team means you will be part of a group dedicated to providing the best and highest quality of patient care and excellent customer service.

    We take pride in making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families and look forward to you coming aboard to join us

    Highly motivated RN with a staff development and in-service experience.

    Will work independently and with other team members.

    Must be able to meet deadlines for projects and for reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.

    This is a salaried position that must be able to work a flexible schedule.

    Requirements

    FL RN License (Required).

    2 or more years experience in a skilled nursing LTC facility.

    Infection Prevention certification (can assist with obtaining for the right person)

    Proven Leadership skills to direct, lead, and motivate staff.

    Proven educational abilities to train and lead best practices. Strong computer skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
