NOVA Engineering is hiring aCMT Project Manager
to work on Construction Materials Testing (CMT) & Special Inspection (SI) projects throughout
Eastern GA and SC
.
Duties include:
Field engineering duties including data reduction, analysis & fieldwork for commercial, industrial, retail, government, office and residential projects
Assisting with project management & reporting
Field inspection, sampling & testing of soils, concrete, masonry, reinforcing steel, etc.
Report preparation
Client consultation and maintenance
Providing assistance to other NOVA team members to promote the overall objectives of the company.
The preferred candidate will have:
5+ years experience in construction materials testing and/or special inspections
Certifications in ACI and/or ICC such as Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry, Post Tensioned Concrete
Valid state driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
BS in Civil Engineering with PE or ability to obtain within 3 months
