    Description

    Position Title: Integrated Marketing Specialist

    Department: Integrated Marketing & Communications

    Pay Rate: $22.35/hour

    Working hours:
    Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
    Some evenings/weekends for events.

    Work Location: Warrensburg Campus

    Position Purpose:

    • Research, prepare, proofread and edit written materials for various marketing purposes
    • Provide marketing support and counsel to campus partners
    • Monitor and maintain content for program pages
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings for project completion
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate student employees

    Education & Formal Training:
    Bachelor's and Master's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field

    Computer Skills:
    Word-Processing, Presentation, Desktop Publishing, Web Page Maintenance, Internet research, and social media

    Experience:

    • 2+ years of writing, marketing, and project management experience
    • Knowledge of AP style and SEO content writing
    • Experience in digital advertising and web content
    • Proficiency in social media and customer relationship management
    • Event planning experience

    Attention to detail, Communication skills, Leadership, Project management, Confidentiality

    Physical & Environmental Factors:
    Lifting (weight) - 20 lbs.
